DHS Class of 2002 Grads:

This is an easy two-step process.  First, fill out the information in the form below (please do so even if you are NOT attending).  Second, if you are attending, please complete the second step--payment for you and, if need be, a guest.

STEP ONE: Contact and Reunion Information Form

Please fill out this form as completely as possible.  A * denotes a required field.

If you already filled out a form similar to this (from the facebook or yahoo group link), please respond to all the required fields.  Feel free to include additional information as well.

Make sure that when you click "OK," you receive confirmation that the form was completed successfully.  If there were problems, the form will display red "x"s to indicate where a certain field needs to be changed.

STEP TWO: Payment

The late RSVP cost is $30/person if you pay via check or cash and $30.03/person if you pay via Paypal (the extra money goes to cover PayPal fees).

Option 1: Bring a check made out to "Alan Kubey" with "DHS Reunion," your name, and the number of attendees in the remittance or cash on the night of the reunion.  You will only receive the late RSVP price (less than the door price) if your RSVP is received by the 11:59 PM deadline on Saturday night.

Option 2: Pay by clicking the "Add to Cart" Paypal button below.  You may use a credit card.  Be sure to type in the quantity of entrance fees for which you are paying such that it matches your total number of attendees (including you).  If payment is successful, you will be returned to the "Need Contacts" page.  If payment is unsuccessful, you will be returned to this page.

Option 3: If the cost presents a financial burden, please contact Alan at reunion@palindromepride.com and a lower-priced entrance fee will be arranged.
